Since I am known as Free Sample Momma, I am used to getting all kinds of things in the mail, sometimes strange things, sometimes melted or crushed things, but today was a little different. I received this:
How cool is that? I’m sure my mailman was a little more than surprised too when he received his deliveries for the day, LOL!
Ok, so what is it and why do I have it? Well, obviously, it’s a ball, and QuestionMoms sent it to me to review, but the cool thing, I had no idea it was coming, so it was a neat little surprise to get. Imagine if you sent this to someone and how surprised they would be, especially a child. I’m 40, and it made me smile 🙂
So this fabulous ball above is from a unique company called SENDaBALL and was created by two sisters, Michele and Melisa. They came up with the idea when Michele sent a regular bouncy ball to her best friend after having a baby. When she saw that she could actually mail a ball, the idea to send balls for different occasions came about. Pretty ingenious idea, if you ask me.
SENDaBALL costs $16 plus shipping ($4 in most cases) and you can personalize the message and pick a color. SENDaBALL is great for all kinds of occasions too: Birthdays, thank yous, Teacher thank you, Graduates — Have a Ball this summer, Have a Ball at College (personalize with school name and select ball in school color, of course) and of course for kids for any occasion. My youngest thought it was the “best idea ever!”
