A favorite holiday dish of mine is Kielbasa and sauerkraut. This past Thanksgiving I made my dish using the Niman Ranch Kielbasa and it was delicious! Because the kielbasa is fully cooked, all I had to do is add it to my sauerkraut, sprinkled a little brown sugar over the kraut and popped it in the oven to heat through.
