Right now, let’s talk about keeping track of all our bills, paperwork, warranty information, school reports, vaccinations and just about any of the other tons of information we get on a constant basis. It’s always better to have a place where these can be easily stored, kept together and neatly organized so that when you need them, you have them available without having to tear the house apart.

First off, we have the Smead Oversized Tab Folders. These are your standard file folders, they fit in any file cabinet or filing box’ however, the tabs are these are larger than normal. This allows for more information to be placed on the folder tab for easier organization and identification. It takes up less space than a standard flat file which is always nice.
Now we have the 3-in-1 SuperTab Section Folders and let me tell you, when you first open up one of these you’ll say “What is going on in here?”. First off, the tabs are oversized here as well. There are three separate folders inside this folder. On one side you can store paperwork in two places, keeping them separate but together at the same time and on the other side, there is a standard single folder. At the fold on the inside in a semicircle that folds into the folder itself, I had no idea what this was for at first and it confused me.
You know how, if you pick up a file folder the wrong way the papers inside can just slide on out onto the floor? Well, not with the 3-in-1 SuperTab Folders, that confusing ring on the inside holds the papers in place, even if you pick the folder up the wrong way. Genius addition to a file folder if you ask me.
Where can all this be stored? In the Smead 12-Pocket Stadium File. Unlike other, flat filing systems, this one looks like stadium seating at, well, a stadium. The tabs in the back are higher than the tabs in the front making it easier to see what you need at a glance without having to flip though the whole thing. Combine the oversized tabs available on the Oversized Tab Folders and the 3-1 SuperTab Folders and finding what you need should be very easy.
