This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Glidden. All opinions are 100% mine.

Glidden recently had a promotion called ““Glidden Paint, Get Color, Give Color Giveaway” where you could request a free sample and then send one to a friend.  I just recently received my free paint testers and can’t wait to try them out.

I usually buy Glidden Paint at The Home Depot, I just love their display and can literally get lost there. I love that they have the XL color chips that you can take home and tape up on the areas you want to paint and genuinely get a good idea of how the color will ultimately look.  The best part to me is the coordinating colors since what may seem like it will go together in your head, doesn’t always come out that way once the paint hits the wall, believe me, my mustard yellow wall could tell you a story or two.

The paint testers that Glidden offers are so easy to use, I love the fact that there is a little brush attached to the lid. No mess! You can just brush on some color and decide if it’s the one for you before investing money in buying full-size products. I personally use the little testers for touch-up since I have a house full of boys, so I am always touching up something, especially door frames, they take a major beating in my home!

Another great feature of these nifty little testers – storage, you just screw the cap back on and store them wherever you can fit them, which is virtually anyway since they are small, unlike large messy paint cans. Just put them out of reach of children since their curiosity may be peaked once they see Mom using them.

You can find Glidden’s Top 10 Color Palettes on their site and get inspired to create a one of a kind room. Again, the XL paint chips have coordinating colors on the back to help you see the complete picture.

My absolute favorite part of the Glidden website is the Room Painter where you can get ideas from colors, the top 10 colors or match a mood. Once you have decided on a color, you can flip the chip virtually to see the coordinating colors and see an example of the colors in a picture of a room. This is such a fun way to check out all of the color possibilities.

So what room are you going to paint with Glidden paint products? Check out the site to learn more and test out some colors today.
