This is by far one of my favorite low-carb recipes – Cheddar Cheese Taco Shells. They hardly take any time to make and they mimic actual corn shells so well that you won’t even miss them.
You Will Need:
1/3 Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Mexican Blend
1 dinner plate
1 piece of parchment paper
1 large spoon
2 large cups
DIRECTIONS
Place 1/3 cup of your cheese of choice in thin round layer on parchment paper and place on the plate.

Microwave cheese on high for one minute or until you see the cheese starting to harden (my microwave takes about 1:30)

Remove from microwave, it will be pliable and using the parchment, drape the cheese over the large spoon to make a taco shell shape. I put a paper towel down since it does drip grease.

Let the shell cool to take shape
