Football season is here and so are tailgates and countless football parties for many of you. In this house, dare I say it, we are not football fans, but we love a good cookout and a good party. So as you all know, cookouts and parties often mean messes, usually on clothes, whether it’s during the cook process or the actual eating process, stains are inevitable.

Our Wisk Lab experiment this time: Carbohydrate Stains! You know that when a carbohydrate like ketchup is involved a stain can’t be far behind.

Today we had a cook out and an experiment. We made some burgers using the burger press and ketchup provided to us for the experiment and put Wisk with Stain Spectrum Technology to the test!

Behold my son and the messy burger!

Here’s a before and after of the experimental crisp white tee. We had a little fun using the brush that was provided and painted a nice big ketchup stain onto the shirt, not that we needed any help, that ketchup was bound to end up on that shirt anyway 😉

Next, we treated the stain using Wisk with Stain Spectrum Technology by pouring it on to the stain and rubbing it on for 30 secs. We then let the shirt sit for 5 minutes. To be honest, I was ready to chalk this short up to becoming one of my house rags, ketchup NEVER comes out for me.

After waiting 5 minutes, we rinsed the shirt out in lukewarm water in the sink and Viola! The stain was gone! No house rag fate for that t-shirt! I am impressed!
