I have officially been on Nutrisystem for 2 months. Can you believe how fast time has flown by? I can’t get over it, and I can’t get over at how much my lifestyle has changed in this short amount of time.
This past week was crazy, my stepdaughter stayed the week, so there were many nights of eating out, cooking out and lots of snacks in the house. BUT, I never once got off track. If we went out, I had a salad and grilled salmon or chicken, if we ordered in, I ate my Nutrisystem meals and of course, I already have my own snacks, so there were no worries there. I found that it was so easy to stick to my plan and better yet, I WANTED to stay on plan. I didn’t feel deprived at all, even when making a huge double chocolate Birthday cake for my husband – my Nutrisystem chocolate cake made me feel like I was still part of the party!
Overall, I think I will be ok when I end the program in two months, BUT I’m not gonna lie and tell you I’m not scared of not having the Nutrisystem meals at my disposal, because I kind of am. I know what works for me, having the food right there helps me stay focused, so once they are no longer being delivered to my home, I’m gonna be a little worried that I will just give in and go back to my old ways. I can only hope that what I have learned and what I will learn in the next two months, will prepare me enough that I will prevail.

TOTAL INCHES LOST (8 WEEKS): 18 INCHES!
