Week four on the Nutrisystem program is done and gone. I can’t believe that it has been a month already! It really flew by!
This past week brought me a new friend to keep me inspired, her name is Pound:
I keep her right in front of me on the speaker so I can always look over and see how much I have accomplished in so little time. She is my reward from reaching 10 pounds lost my last weigh in and hopefully soon, her friend Commitment, a 20 pound reward Nutribear will be here 🙂
Now onto this past week….it was rough, no lie, I wanted to give up a few times but it was all due to Mother Nature, if you know what I mean. So I was emotional most of the week not seeing the scale move in the direction I knew it should. Nothing happened this week in the way of the scale BUT I am hoping for big changes next week and am confident that I will see them. As women we have to deal with this monthly bump in the road and for most of us it can be very depressing. Just keep at it, and you will see the results of your hard work, I know I will 🙂
So here’s my results for week four………..
WEEK 1: -7
WEEK 2: -1
WEEK 3: -2
WEEK 4: -0
TOTAL LOST: 10
( I will be updating every Monday)
As promised, here are my inches lost in the past month:
Arms: – 0.5
Waist: -3
Chest – 1
Hips – 3.5
Thighs – 3
TOTAL INCHES LOST (4WEEKS): 11 INCHES!
So as you can see, I may not have lost any pounds this week but I am obviously losing inches! Yay! So, Take those measurements!
Thinking about inches, and weight loss, where is the first place you notice your weight loss? For me it’s the face first, then the waist, everything south seems to take its good old time, but since I am an hourglass shape, I guess it makes sense for all of the “sand” to be in the bottom half 🙂
Until next week!
