One of my favorite condiments is vinegar, I use it in dressings, on potatoes, and on pasta. I was asked to try several products from Marukan and create a recipe using one of their gourmet vinegar’s.

Marukan Creamy Vinaigrette Recipe
I decided to make a Creamy Vinaigrette using the Sweet and Tangy Rice Seasoned Gourmet Vinegar, it’s super quick and easy and you can use it on so many dishes.
To make this vinaigrette you need just 6 ingredients; Mayonnaise, Olive Oil, Rice Vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
Combine vinegar, mayo and whisk in garlic, salt and pepper.
In a measuring cup, measure out the oil and slowly whisk it into the mixture, start with a few drops at first, then pour in a thin steady stream, constantly whisking.
- 1/4 Marukan Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2/3 cup of Olive Oil
- In a small bowl add vinegar and mayonnaise
- Whisk in garlic and salt and pepper to taste
- Measure Olive Oil and add to mixture – slow drop at first, then a thin continuous stream whisking constantly till combined
I used it over a gluten-free pasta salad but you can use it on whatever dish you would like, it’s very versatile.
