I think I have found my go to drinks for the summer – Daily”s Cocktails Frozen Pouches! They come in Margarita, Strawberry Daiquiri, Piña Colada, Peach Daiquiri, Pom-Acai Margarita, Frozen Lemonade and a Light Strawberry Daiquiri .
As you can see in the picture above, you have your choice of several different flavors. I only found 2 of them at my local liquor store, so I bought 2 each of the Strawberry Daiquiri and the Pina Colada.
The pouches work like this: Once you get it home, throw it in your freezer, wait a few hours, take out and warm a little to get that slushy consistency, and serve. That’s it! The alcohol is already in it, so no need to mix or blend anything, which I love. Seriously, this is so super easy, I can totally see bringing them along to parties, or any kind of get together. They are portable and can be frozen, then stored in a cooler if you are outside enjoying the Summer.
I’ve had a pretty stressful week, so last night I decided to give the Strawberry Daiquiri a try. Normally, I am not a fan of sweet drinks, but I think the ease of the Daily’s Frozen pouches converted me. To tell the truth, it’s been quite a long time since I have had a frozen drink, so maybe it was just time. Pardon my wine glass, I don’t have the proper glasses for cocktails, guess I need to go out and purchase some now.
It was sweet, but just the right amount of sweet. It also contains 5% alcohol, so you won’t get crazy, but you will have a nice refreshing and relaxing cocktail. I can totally see myself sitting on the deck on a hot Summer night enjoying one of these cocktails.
Oh, and the best part besides the cocktails themselves……..mine was only $1.99! You can find them at your local liquor stores and even at your local Walmart that sells alcohol. Check to see where you can find them.
