Last month while in New York at the Blogger Bash conference, I was making my way around the room looking at all of the wonderful vendors that had come to show us their latest and greatest products, then as I came around a corner, I immediately stopped in my tracks when I saw The Original Cat Paw from Wicked Cool Toys.

CAT PAW

My first thought, honestly, was “what in the heck is that?” The rep must have seen my face and expression and we both started giggling. She then showed me this crazy little toy.

The Original Cat Paw is just that, a toy that looks just like a cats paw, it has fur, makes sounds and even has a cute little kitty paw pad. It has two sound settings, and to get it to make these sounds there is a trigger located in the handle. When you pull the trigger lightly the paw will bend you will get the cutest little meow, if you are too rough on pulling the trigger a ferocious growl and hiss emits.

My three rescue kitties were not amused when I tried it out on them at first. The baby, Mia wanted nothing at all to do with it and ran as soon as she saw it move, Ollie our oldest also ran the other way, and then there was Cheeto, our middle fur baby who just loved it and gives it love and wants me to use it to scratch him.

I have been playing with it non-stop, because for one, who wouldn’t want to play with this toy, it’s fun, and quirky and I think everyone should have one, especially cat lovers. My husband calls me the Crazy Cat Lady and now I have a toy to carry with me to prove it, LOL!

Wouldn’t the Cat Paw make an awesome gift, or better yet a stocking stuffer this Holiday? The Original Cat Paw retails for $9.99 and comes in four different styles. It is available at Kmart. Toys “R” Us and Amazon.  Get one today!
