This week’s delivery was Aquafina Strawberry Kiwi FlavorSplash. I was hesitant to try it simply because the thought of Kiwi makes me squirm, not a fan of that fruit at all. So I used my boys, once again as taste testers (sneaky Mommy). Guess what? They loved it. I even got up the nerve to take a quick sip and to my surprise it wasn’t so bad. I really didn’t taste kiwi at all just the strawberry.
This past week I went to the Aquafina Twitter party and had the chance to see how many of you are trying to incorporate water into your lives. I gave one suggestion that has helped me to get my kids to drink more water and that is to make it fun. You can find all kinds of colorful and fun water bottles at the Dollar Store and even those crazy straws we all remember as kids. They even have bottles with the straws attached like this:
I do have to thank Aquafina for the opportunity of being an Aquafina FlavorSplash Mom, since we have been receiving the water the boys are now asking for it instead of juice, yay!
