This week my son (and I) checked out OurWorld on Yoursphere. My son actually didn’t know, and neither did I, that he actually had his own little condo, whoops! Once we discovered this, he had fun using his “flow and gems” to decorate it. He of course chose a skull theme, but there are tons of other themes to choose from.
He also got a job! He was the Barista at the coffee shop where he could serve coffee, change the music in the julkebox and even play a cup game on the counter with other players. As well as the coffee shop he checked out the beach and dance planet. All were pretty fun and the more he visits all of the cool place, the more he seems to want to go back.
I almost forgot, he bought clothes and is now carrying a bow, not sure how that fits into his “world” but hey, he likes it. You can choose a lot of different items in the clothing area, so kids can completely customise their avatar to fit their personality, which is a great feature.
I am really happy to be a part of this “test drive” and seeing how much my son likes it, is so rewarding, he has his own little social media place to hang out and I don’t have to worry about it being too “adult” for him.
