One of the best smells in the ENTIRE world is the smell of bread baking. If they bottled that scent, I would buy it in a heartbeat!
The wonderful people at Tribes-A-Dozen offered to send me 3 of their delicious Voila! Hallah bread mixes, and since my family loves bread of all kinds, I kindly accepted. I cannot eat regular breads because of the gluten issue, but my husband makes a variety of breads for he and our boys.

We made the Traditional Hallah first, we did opt to make it in the bread maker, and it was very easy. The smell was amazing as it baked and the results were delicious. Can you tell how big this bread is? My husband and boys have been eating lots of sandwiches with this bread. 🙂
The other mix we tried was the Wholey Wheat, this time I prepared it like the box suggested in a mixer and baking sheet.
It does take some time, but to get bread like this, you need time. I don’t think I braided it right, but for my first time ever making bread like this, I think it came out lovely! I will definitely be making this again for my holiday meals!
