Just last week as I was browsing through the grocery store, I spotted the new Betty Crocker Cereal Muffin Mixes. I said to my husband, “how cool are those?” He agreed that they were indeed “cool” and that we would have to try them soon. Then I totally spaced and forgot to grab a box, lol.
They are all inspired by Big G cereal favorites Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Cocoa Puffs, and Reese’s Puffs, so we figured our boys would love them and they would also be great for a quick on the go snack, as a part of breakfast or for dessert.
Jump to this week, I was sent a great package containing these great mixes to try and to offer a giveaway where you can win these great new mixes and other cool items, Yay!
We decided on making the Cocoa Puffs cereal muffins first………..
They were super easy to make, just eggs, water and oil. Place in the muffin tins, then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top. Pop them in the oven, then…………..
you have Cocoa Puffs Cereal Muffins! They smelled divine while baking, but sadly I didn’t get to taste them because of my gluten issue….BUT, judging by the sounds of “Mmmmm” and the faces the boys were making, they were indeed delicious!
