Turkey Sausage and Scrambled Egg Wrap using Jennie-O Turkey breakfast sausage and a gluten free wrap
Ingredients
- 1 roll of Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage sliced into rounds
- 3 eggs scrambled
- 1 gluten-free wrap
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1/2 cup peppers chopped
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Turkey sausage per package instructions and set aside
- Cook peppers and onions to taste and leave in pan
- Add scrambled eggs, salt and pepper to pan and cook
- Prepare gluten free wrap – **To make the wrap pliable, place between two damp paper towels and microwave for 15 seconds, this will soften it.
- Assemble the wrap, slice in half and serve.
