I am happy to announce that I was invited by Disney, Pixar & Disney Junior to join them in gorgeous San Francisco later this month! I’ve never been to San Fransico before so this will be a treat but that’s not it, wait till you see what we will be doing while there!

Myself and 24 other fabulous bloggers will attend a special press day for the In-Home release of INSIDE OUT (available on Blu-ray and Digital HD on 11/3) where will interview the director Josh Cooley and producer Mark Nielsen and voice talent: Kyle MacLachlan (voice of “Riley’s Dad”), Kaitlyn Dias (voice of “Riley”), Phyllis Smith (voice of “Sadness”) & Richard Kind (voice of “Bing Bong”). We will also get to interview Group interview with Pete Docter (Director of INSIDE OUT) & Jonas Rivera (Producer of INSIDE OUT).

That evening we will all attend a reception at Pixar – HOLD UP JUST ONE STINKIN MINUTE

let me just type those last two words again, AT PIXAR – AHHHH! I am going to Pixar!

Ok, back to the deets, while at Pixar we will screen footage from THE GOOD DINOSAUR and get to see a screening of the short film “Sanjay’s Super Team” followed by a Q&A with Director Sanjay Patel & Producer Nicole Grindle.

We will also attend a press day at Pixar for THE GOOD DINOSAUR including interviews with filmmakers, animators and a tour of Pixar.

That evening, we will then head to another place that I almost lost my mind when reading, GOOGLE Headquarters where we will screen Disney Junior’s MILES FROM TOMORROWLAND followed by a panel with Panel discussion and Q&A with: Julie Ann Crommett, Moderator, Google, Angela Navarro, Google Engineer, Sascha Paladino, MILES FROM TOMORROWLAND Creator & Executive Producer, Diane Ikemiyashiro, Director of Original Programming, Disney Junior, Dr. Yvonne Cagle, NASA Astronaut & Consultant on Miles from Tomorrowland and Isis Anchalee, Software Engineer behind the #Ilooklikeanengineer social media movement. the panel will be focusing on the importance of encouraging kids, especially girls, to explore STEM fields and how entertainment can play an important role.

If that wasn’t enough, before we head home we will tour The Walt Disney Family Museum where Waly Disney’s legacy comes to life. “Visitors get to know Walt through early drawings and animation, movies, music, and listening stations featuring his own voice, among others.”

Disclosure: I am being provided with an all-expense trip to San Francisco by Walt Disney Studios to attend various events. All opinions are 100% my own.
