Yes! I think they work pretty good.
I haven’t tried the HOT ones but have tried all of the other products Salonpas has to offer. I have rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and fibromyalgia. The products help so much with relieving the pain, especially when I’m trying to sleep.
I LOVE Salon Pas! I have tried all the products but the hot patches are some of my faves. Sometimes they are all that works. I tell everyone about salon pas. I am an enabler haha.

I’ve tried the Pain Relief patches and Lidocaine patches. I haven’t tried the hot patches yet. The Lidocaine patches seem to take away the pain better then the regular patches.

I have used the solan pas patchs just not the hot ones. they work better than the icy hot ones and last a good 8 hours which makes life so much easier I have found.
