My husband and I are over 40, so with that comes aches and pains we didn’t know we had. They provide temporary relief of minor aches & pains of muscles & joints associated with arthritis, simple backache, strains, bruises, sprains. Again, I use it for my rib pain and also for minor aches and pains like a stiff neck or back pain and they stay in place and offer great relief.
Ingredients – Camphor 3.1%, Menthol 6.0%, and Methyl salicylate 10.0%.
Inactive Ingredients – Mineral oil, perfume, polyisobutylene, polyisobutylene 1,200,000, styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, synthetic aluminium silicate, terpene resin, titanium dioxide
Directions for use
- Clean and dry affected area.
- Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch.
- Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief.
- As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the pain area.
- Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily for 7 days.
- Remove patch from the skin after at most 8 hour’s application.
I love this product, and I don’t mind the smell of the patches. They are minty smelling but they aren’t overwhelming. I placed a patch on my chest where the ribs were hurting and was able to sleep through the night. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future since they are a great addition to any bathroom cabinet.

I am interested in trying them all! 7 years ago while assisting mentally & physically challenged adults in a healthcare environment, I herniated 2 discs and literally broke an 8mm bone fragment off my L3 vertebrae.
