Review: Johnsonville Italian Sausage

I was given the great opportunity by SheSpeaks to review Johnsonville Italian Sausage. Since we love Johnsonville Italian Sausage, it wasn’t too hard to come up with a great recipe to put it to the test!

Instead of the traditional Sausage and Peppers, we decided to grill the Johnsonville Italian Sausage with mushrooms and onions. I bought the mild version and added some Italian seasoning, some fresh garlic and sprinkled with some parmesan cheese and we had a delicious, quick and easy meal. I served it with Penne Pasta for the family and gluten-free pasta for myself. I loved that I didn’t have to spend hours cooking a great meal.

I think on my next trip to the supermarket I will pick up the Four Cheese Italian Sausage Link, they sound perfect to serve with spaghetti sauce. I’m also looking forward to the weather allowing for us to grill outside!
