I gave the Pentel Twist-Erase III Mechanical Pencil to my son who is 11. He is a budding artist and just loves using mechanical pencil to make his creations. He finds the grip to be better than a traditional pencil as it feels more secure in his hand. The jumbo twist-up eraser, is also a great feature because it doesn’t tear the paper or leave smudges. This eraser does a great job of getting rid of all traces, so no worries about seeing bits of your mistakes on the paper. I love that this one came with an extra eraser.
