Last year I bought a larger desk, one that has more room to hold various office supplies, and more room to hold my files. I also have a two drawer file cabinet to hold all of my files both work and personal. Last but not least, the Smead Step Index Organizer – Truth be told, I love a good portable file folder. I love that if needed I can pick it up and take it with me to appointments. In our home, we use a file folder for the bills, filing each one as they come in.
