Week 17 on Nutrisystem has been CRAZY! Not the diet itself, just dealing with it while my life decided to go a little nutso this week.
If there was one thing that went wrong, there were a million things that went wrong! It was a week from hell, if it could break, it broke, if it could get sick, it got sick, just one thing after another.
But you know what went right? Me staying on plan and feeling so much better about myself this week. I took the advice of the deitician and started watching my add-in’s and the amount of sodium they had, because apparently I’m a camel and like to store water like no body’s business. LOL!
I also stepped up the exercise….. sitting here all day doesn’t do a body good, so I tried a few of those exercise shows you can get free on demand. I ended up cursing the skinny little woman on the show, but had a good laugh at myself, and found that I can do more than I thought without wanting to pass out.
So a few days ago, I go to step on the scale and notice that there is some kind of liquid bubble inside the display, um, what in the heck is that? I pick it up and liquid pours out of my digital scale and the smell smacked me in the face – CAT PEE! My flippin cat peed on my scale! UGH! That was the end of the week from hell, so I guess it was appropo –
So, after letting the scale dry, it is now dead 🙁 Destroyed by cat pee! So no weigh-in until I can scrape some money together to get a new one. I think I’ll go for the old non-digital scales this time, less likely it will meet its death by pee.
I did take my measurements and lost an inch off my waist for a total overall loss of 19 inches 🙂

Go ahead and laugh, it is funny! Well not the whole killing a $60 scale thing – now I will always be looking for cat pee when I go to weigh myself! LOL
