My husband and I are both HUGE coffee drinkers, and we love a nice espresso, cappuccino, and latte while we are out and about. Now with the Mr. Coffee Cafe Barista, we can easily make our favorite drinks at home. How To Get Started Brewing Your First Cup
- Fill the water reservoir with water, it is removable so you can do this easily, then just place back on the machine.
- Fill the milk reservoir with any milk of your choosing, regular, almond, skim, etc.
- Choose your filter (single or double shot)
- Insert your grounds, then using the measuring scoop/tamper, pat down to level it off
- Attach the filter to the brew head. This can be tricky at first, just align the handle to the lock off icon and turn to the right until it is aligned with the closed lock icon and tight in the machine.
- Choose your brew, either espresso, cappuccino, or latte.
- Push the corresponding button for the brew and size
If you can’t decide what to make the machine comes with a recipe book that contains several fancy coffee drinks you can make at home or go online to the website and take a look at even more recipes.
We decided on making a cappuccino for our first drink and it was super easy to do! It was also super delicious, I added a bit of cinnamon on the top. Doesn’t it look like a coffee-house cappuccino? I’ll tell you what, to me it tasted even better and it was a whole lot cheaper!
