UNIVERSAL ORLANDO’S MARDI GRAS CELEBRATION CONTINUES THIS WEEKEND WITH PERFORMANCES BY A GREAT BIG WORLD AND GAVIN DEGRAW
Guests Can Experience Twice the Excitement with Live Concerts this Friday and Saturday
“Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras celebration continues this weekend with live performances by pop duo A Great Big World and multi-platinum Grammy nominated recording artist Gavin DeGraw. The weekend kicks off Friday, March 21, with A Great Big World, best known for their singles “This Is The New Year” and “Say Something.” The next night, Gavin DeGraw will take to the Music Plaza Stage to perform hits including “Best I Ever Had” from his acclaimed fourth studio album, “Make A Move,” and his double platinum smash single “Not Over You.” .
Schedule of Events for the Weekend:
4:00 p.m. – French Quarter Courtyard Opens
7:45 p.m. – Mardi Gras Parade Starts
8:30 p.m. – Live Concert Begins

Universal Orlando’s “N’awlins”-inspired, family-friendly version of Mardi Gras runs select nights through June 7. Guests can catch colorful beads by the handful during the festive Mardi Gras parade, which features 12 vibrant floats, including three new additions celebrating Jules Verne’s novel, “Around the World in 80 Days.” Guests can also visit Universal Studios Florida’s very own French Quarter Courtyard to enjoy authentic Cajun cuisine and see performances by bands pulled straight from Bourbon Street.
