Lucy’s Chocolate Chip Cookies #GlutenFree

Every now and again I crave cookies, for anyone with a normal diet this isn’t an issue, but for me it can be a HUGE issue. Being gluten-free for health reasons, not for diet, having something as simple as a cookie becomes a big deal.

Don’t get me wrong, there are many is gluten-free cookies on the market, and I feel like I have tried pretty much all of them! Most of them seem to have the same issue for me, they just don’t taste good, or they are super dry.

I was contacted about Lucy’s, a company that produces cookies that are gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO and made without wheat, dairy milk, butter, eggs, casein, peanuts, or other tree nuts, to review their Chocolate Chip cookies.

Lucy’s Chocolate Chip Cookies #Gluten-Free

First of all, the packaging is really cute, and contains all the information one needs when shopping with food allergies. The cookies are less than 130 calories per serving, which is another plus since I am watching calorie intake, I can feel free to have one and not worry that I messed up my diet.

Even though my boys and husband aren’t gluten-free, they enjoyed trying the cookies. They are really delicious with the right amount of crunch, but not dry. I decided to enjoy them as a dessert with my coffee after dinner, and now I look forward to it every evening.

Maple Bliss

These are crispy, crunchy, delicate, Maple Bliss. You’ll think organic maple syrup dripped right from the tree into our batter. Not too sweet. Just right! Our friends up north say these cookies are “simply amazing”.

 

Ginger Snap

These snaps are made with real ginger, lemon and a tiny tad of chipotle spice. We put the snap into the snap! Kids love them just as much as grown-ups do. They’re my new favorite. Enjoy!

 

Chocolate

These chocolate cookies have a delicate, crisp flavor. Eat them, crumble them over frozen treats, make a pie crust with them. These are my “go to” cookies for kids’ parties. Have you had your chocolate today?

When we bake our cinnamon thins to crunchy perfection, delicious cinnamon fills the neighborhood air and smells divine. We have lots of friends around here! Many fans have been known to eat a whole box at a time. Beware!

 

Oatmeal Cookie

These oatmeal cookies have been called our “Mona Lisa.” Simple perfection. Mild sweetness with a hint of salt makes for a great taste all of the time. Perfect with coffee in the early morning or an apple after school. Enjoy!
