Lifetime’s all-new docuseries The Jacksons: Next Generation focuses on the third generation of the famed Jackson family, Tito’s sons, Taj, Taryll and TJ. The series features the brothers as they work to balance a career and their lives as traditional family men while living up to the pressures and demands that come with their last name.
The siblings, known as the music group 3T, have toured and sold more than three million records worldwide. Still impacted by the loss of their mother, the brothers’ quest for normalcy often collides with the good and bad of living with one of history’s most renowned last names.
The Unauhtorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story
Premieres October 3, at 8pm ET/PT
An international pop culture phenomenon, the drama series Beverly Hills, 90210 ruled the ‘90s television landscape and reigned as the top teen show for a decade during which Jason Priestley, Luke Perry, Shannen Doherty, Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling became household names. The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story will show the roller coaster ride of the program’s first four seasons, highlighting the drama between cast members and producers both on and off-set, including the series’ journey from several near-cancellations, to its massive success and lasting impression it has made on millions worldwide to this day.
The Unauhtorized Melrose Place Story
Premieres October 10, at 8pm ET/PT
Launched in 1992 as a companion for Beverly Hills, 90210, Melrose Place quickly became a giant television hit in its own right. Originally designed to be an authentic, grounded look at 20-something life in Los Angeles, the program soon became 90210’s soapier, yet equally popular, cousin. Drawing from true stories and anecdotes from interviews with the original cast and crew, The Unauthorized Melrose Place Story will highlight the remarkable behind-the-scenes moments that shaped the series — from early casting drama and Heather Locklear arriving to “save” Melrose Place to the actors begging its writers for even wilder storylines to make them fan favorites.

Just in time for Thanksgiving, Lifetime joins forces with The Jim Henson Company on the Lifetime Original Movie, Jim Henson’s Turkey Hollow, starring Academy Award® and Golden Globe® Winner Mary Steenburgen, Jay Harrington and Grammy® and SAG winner Chris “Ludacris” Bridges. The live-action family-friendly film is based on original characters and story written in 1968 by creative mastermind Jim Henson and his longtime writing partner, Jerry Juhl.
The movie follows the story of the Emmerson family, recently divorced father Ron and his kids Tim and Annie, as they head to the quaint town of Turkey Hollow to spend a rustic Thanksgiving at the farm of Ron’s eccentric Aunt Cly. Surprised by the lack of internet and technology in Turkey Hollow, Tim and Annie soon find themselves swept up in tracking the “Howling Hoodoo,” an elusive monster that, up until now, Turkey Hollow residents have long dismissed as mere legend. The Thanksgiving holiday threatens to take a bleak turn when a scheming neighbor threatens to take Aunt Cly’s farm, but the fractured family teams up with some surprising new friends to save the day. Ludacris appears as an on-screen narrator in the film.
