• The hens’ vegetarian diet consists primarily of whole ground corn and soybean meal, with no added hormones, antibiotics, animal fats or animal by-products
• Eggs are gathered at the peak of the hens’ egg-laying cycles, which can make the eggs more delicious and nutritious

I love eggs and could eat them every day, but have to say that I get bored with making them the same way time and time again. So with a look at the LAND O LAKES website, I came up with my own recipe using a mini muffin pan.

Cheesy Sausage Egg Muffins

(My recipes are usually off the cuff, so you can figure out measurements to your taste. This one is so simple you could use a ton of different ingredients to make it your own).

• 5 eggs
• Shredded Cheese
• Sausage crumbles
• Salt
• Pepper
• Mini Muffin tin

Add eggs, salt and pepper into a bowl and beat until frothy. Fill each well halfway, then add sausage crumbles and cheese. Make sure you don’t overflow the wells. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
