When it comes to serving healthy dog food options, it’s not always easy to understand the ingredients or nutritional content of traditional dog food labels. Dog owners want what’s best for their pup, and for many people, that means feeding them all-natural homemade dog food.
SimpleWag.com reached out to me with a DIY dog treats recipe that is not only tail-wagging good but also packed with a bunch of nutritional goodness. The Gourmet Dog Bones recipe was created by Chef Amanda Pallagi-Naim from the Four Season Hotel in Austin, TX. As an avid dog lover herself, Chef Amanda knows that healthy and tasty treats are a perfect way to show your pup just how much you care!

Roll to ¼ inch thickness and cut out shapes using a dog bone cookie cutter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes or until the dog bones feel hard and dry. Cool and store in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze up to one month. Ingredients
