Gluten-Free Pretzel Crusted Chicken Breasts

- 2-4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 2 cup of crushed gluten-free pretzels
- 2 eggs beaten
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 large Ziploc bag
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum
- Prepare pretzel crumbs either by using a food processor, or putting them in a ziploc bag and using a mallet to crush.
- Add crumbs to ziploc bag
- Add Salt and Pepper
- Dip chicken breast in egg wash then into crumb mixture and shake until coated
- Place in oven for 25 to 0 minutes. (My chicken breasts were huge, so they took 40 minutes).
