Gluten-Free Pretzel Crusted Chicken Breasts

  • 2-4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cup of crushed gluten-free pretzels
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 large Ziploc bag
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum
  3. Prepare pretzel crumbs either by using a food processor, or putting them in a ziploc bag and using a mallet to crush.
  4. Add crumbs to ziploc bag
  5. Add Salt and Pepper
  6. Dip chicken breast in egg wash then into crumb mixture and shake until coated
  7. Place in oven for 25 to 0 minutes. (My chicken breasts were huge, so they took 40 minutes).
