Gluten-Free Crunchy Cauliflower Recipe
Recipe Type: Gluten Free
Cuisine: American
Author: Dianna Ranere
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 25 mins
Total time: 35 mins
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
  • 1 head of Cauliflower
  • Gluten Free Coating Mix
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Salt
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat over to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum or parchment paper. I would suggest the parchment, I used aluminum and they stuck a little.
  3. Wash the cauliflower under cold water, then remove the outer leaves.
  4. Cut the core from the bottom of the cauliflower, then cut the entire head in half.
  5. Use a small sharp knife to separate the florets.
  6. Toss cauliflower in olive oil, then place on the baking sheet.
  7. Add salt and pepper
  8. Sprinkle coating mix turning each floret to cover all sides.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once till golden brown on all sides.
