Ingredients
- 1 head of Cauliflower
- Gluten Free Coating Mix
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat over to 425 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum or parchment paper. I would suggest the parchment, I used aluminum and they stuck a little.
- Wash the cauliflower under cold water, then remove the outer leaves.
- Cut the core from the bottom of the cauliflower, then cut the entire head in half.
- Use a small sharp knife to separate the florets.
- Toss cauliflower in olive oil, then place on the baking sheet.
- Add salt and pepper
- Sprinkle coating mix turning each floret to cover all sides.
- Bake for 25 minutes, turning once till golden brown on all sides.
