Gluten-Free Chicken Noodle Soup

Gluten-Free Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Chicken – 3 breasts
  • Gluten-Free Chicken Flavored Soup Base
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 cup Potatoes
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Pasta
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Bake chicken for an hour and a half. You could also boil the chicken, but I find that it stays juicer when baked in the oven.
  3. Fill a large soup pot and add the soup base to taste.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add corn, carrots, green beans, and potatoes.
  6. Take chicken from the oven and cut into small bite size pieces and add to the soup.
  7. Simmer on the stove for about an hour
  8. Add gluten-free pasta during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
