Gluten-Free Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- Chicken – 3 breasts
- Gluten-Free Chicken Flavored Soup Base
- 1 cup Corn
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 1 cup Potatoes
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Pasta
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Bake chicken for an hour and a half. You could also boil the chicken, but I find that it stays juicer when baked in the oven.
- Fill a large soup pot and add the soup base to taste.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add corn, carrots, green beans, and potatoes.
- Take chicken from the oven and cut into small bite size pieces and add to the soup.
- Simmer on the stove for about an hour
- Add gluten-free pasta during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
