When I saw Elektrokidz dolls from WowWee Toys I immediately thought of the troll dolls from my childhood and instantly got a smile on my face, BUT Elektrokidz are NOT trolls they are cute little dudes whose hair dances to your favorite tunes.
I, being a child of the 80’s, had to play some 80’s to get mine to dance. I just placed him on my desk near my speaker and he started grooving to the music. My husband and I immediately started cracking up, because, come on, it’s a chubby little doll with dancing hair and to see it dancing to our favorite 80’s songs cracked us up even more.
The Elektrokidz come in 6 different finishes; black matte, shiny gold, matte white, black glossy, brushed steel and chrome. They all come with some seriously cool shades too. They retail for $14.99 and are recommended for children ages 6 and up.
I think these little guys are perfect for kids of all ages. I have mine on my desk, like I said, so when I play music it dances and makes me stop to watch and smile. It would make a fun gift for any music lover in your life, and a great going away present for a college student, don’t you think?
