
Easy Gluten Free Turkey Bacon Pasta Salad #GlutenFree #JennieO

We are a household of Turkey Bacon lovers, so when I received a package today containing Turkey Bacon from Jennie-O I knew what I was going to be making for dinner. I had already made some gluten-free pasta last night, so this took no time at all to prepare.

I steamed a bag of peas, chopped up some tomatoes, made the bacon and put together a super quick dessing

All I did then was toss it all together, add some salt and pepper and dinner was served! I love how quick and easy this meal was to prepare.

Here’s the finished recipe. BOOM! Dinner is served in about 20 minutes (if cooking the pasta).
- 4 cups of gluten-free pasta cooked according to package directions
- 5 slices of Jennie-O Turkey Bacon chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 2/3 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablespoon. Ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon. Light Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package. Drain on paper towels. Chop or tear bacon into bite-size pieces, set aside some for garnish.
- Steam peas per package instructions and set aside to cool.
- Mix Ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and vinegar.
- In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, peas, tomatoes, bacon, dressing, salt and better then toss to evenly coat. Garnish with more bacon.
