My husband son and step-daughter absolutely love COSMOS: A SPACETIME ODYSSEY. My husband loves it so much I knew that I would be getting it for him for Father’s Day so he could watch it over and over again.

COSMOS: A SPACETIME ODYSSEY is a continuation of the works of Carl Sagan, an American astronomerastrophysicistcosmologist, and author, proficient in in astronomy and other natural sciences.  Back in the 1980’s Sagan hosted a show called Cosmos: A Personal Voyage. This was the  most watched series in the history of American public television. Mr. Sagan also wrote the book Contact which was the foundation for the movie of the same name that came out in 1997.

This new series is hosted by Astrophysicist Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson, who with humor and seriousness brings each episode alive, so to speak. The manner in which he teaches makes the viewer want to learn about everything, and leaves us waiting for the next episode. He is the perfect successor to Carl Sagan without a doubt.
