Disney+ and Freelance Writer Angela Hansberger to the Rescue for the Happiest Update of Spring 2022!
Atlanta-based freelance food writer Angela Hansberger garnered national attention when she created a chipmunk restaurant on her porch at the start of the pandemic for Thelonious Munk, a reoccurring chipmunk visitor. Thelonious, a faithful (and hungry) customer for two years, has delighted Angela’s Instagram followers with his daily visits, photogenic looks and overall chipmunk charm.
Enter Chip ‘N Dale: Rescue Rangers – it’s been decades since their successful TV series was canceled, but they’re making an epic comeback with a new movie on Disney+ and approached fellow chipmunk Thelonious to spread the word.
On May 18 with the help of Kelly Morgan, an interior designer, Thelonious’s chipmunk retreat has now expanded to include a cozy living room – complete with a flat screen TV, sofa, side tables and décor.
Hansberger and Thelonious are ready to stream the movie this Friday with Chip ‘N Dale Snack Mix – specially created by Angela which incorporates Thelonious’s favorite treats.
ABOUT THE FILM: In this pint-sized comeback story, Chip and Dale must repair their broken friendship and take on their Rescue Rangers detective personas once again to save their friend’s life.
