I was sent a coupon to try the PERDUE® OVEN READY Roasts. Tonight we decided to make it.
Talk about super easy preparation! Hubby and I had it out of the package and in the oven in 2 minutes, seriously, 2 minutes! The reason being, the roast comes already seasoned and in its own cooking bag, so all you have to do is put into a baking dish and pop it in the oven.
It only took about 90 minutes and we had a fully cooked roasted chicken for dinner. Love how super easy it was and just look at how amazing the cooked breast looks:
You can see in the picture how moist it was, and you can see the seasoning right on the skin. Speaking off, the seasoning was just right, not overpowering at all.
I know that we will be purchasing the PERDUE® OVEN READY Roasts in the future.
