Product Review | Bain de Terre Hair Care

I am a hair product fanatic, always have been. If it promises to transform my hair, I will try it.

Since entering into my 40’s, I have noticed big changes in my hair, it’s drier, frizzier, and just looks lack-luster. I have really long thick hair, it’s straight, and also colored treated, so when Bain de Terre sent me products to help combat the color fading, and the dryness, i was excited to give them a try.

Color Preserving

Passion Flower Color Preserving Shampoo and Conditioner

I found these products to have a pleasant scent, a very rich lather, and products that rinsed clean, My hair felt amazing afterward not heavy like some products can make it feel. These products are paraben-free, and contain argan and monoi oils. Argan helps restore strength and brings shine. Monoi oil is a concentrated emollient that penetrates and re-hydrates hair follicles for incredible softness.

Moisturizing

Jasmine Shampoo, Conditioner, and 2 Minute Intense Conditioner

The shampoo and conditioner smell amazing, if you like the scent of Jasmine, you will love this line! The shampoo provides a rich lather that you just feel is providing moisture, and the conditioner rinses clean leaving your hair feeling silky.

The Jasmine 2-minute Intense conditioner is great when you need a super intense conditioner treatment. This treatment will repair damaged hair and provide your hair with strengthen to protect it from future damage.

Hair Styling Products

Passion Flower Color Brightening Finishing Spray,  Jasmine Blow Dry Smoothing Cream, and Passion Flower Color Therapy Styling oil

I loved the scent of the Passion Flower Color Brightening Finishing Spray and the hold. My hair is heavy, so most sprays don’t hold, but this spray did. It’s not super sticky and held my hair all night, even through a night of dancing 🙂

The Jasmine Blow Dry Smoothing Cream is a great product for those of you with the frizzies or fly-away hair. It fights frizz, and reduces breakage as well. I can’t tell how often my hair breaks, so this is something that I need.

Next is the Passion Flower Color Therapy Styling Oil, this product creates shine and manageability, I have issues with manageability because it’s so long and tends to tangle up. Just a pump or two of this oil and that is fixed, and it helps fight the frizz.
