Astronaut Snoopy STEM Prize Pack Giveaway!

Happy National STEM Day 01
SNOOPY, who just happens to be the first beagle on the moon is celebrating National STEM Day today! This day is an awesome opportunity to introduce kids to the fields of science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Astronaut Snoopy, Woodstock, and the rest of the Peanuts want to help get kids excited in these important fields! Peanuts and the nonprofit Space Foundation are providing free, NASA-approved lesson plans. Print them out and share them with your child’s teacher!

 

To celebrate National STEM Day, we are offering one lucky winner the following Astronaut Snoopy STEM Prize Pack.

    As a house of engineers (including grandparents), I would say engineering as we try to explain that everything was put together with good thoughts/ideas…of course math, science and technology plays a huge part in the final outcome. Our 5 year old thought that the insides of a wind up broken clock were the greatest and he was thrilled to help fix it. Always fun projects around our house!

    I loved technology as a child, especially computers. I competed in the science fair in computers when I was a little girl. My 2 daughters, ages 4 and 6, love science and astronomy. We also love Snoopy!

    Science is definitely Cameron’s favorite subject. He loves experiments and all things science. Thankfully, his interest in science makes it easy for Santa this year as he will be thrilled with a variety of science kits. Thanks for the awesome giveaway opportunity!

    “Leave a comment on this post telling me which one is/was childs favorite subject: science, technology, engineering, or math?” I liked science! We watched a film early in grade school that talked about Einstein and the theory of relativity, and how you could go into space and come back to find you were younger than the people who remained on earth!

    I come from a long line of engineers! So engineering was always my favorite, I loved trying to invent things, figure out how they work and make them better. My daughter sadly hasn’t shown that interest. She seems to be a math girl so far!
