Basmati Rice with Veggies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Veggies thawed
DIRECTIONS
Add water and broth to saucepan and bring to a boil
Add rice, garlic, tumeric, and mixed veggies
Bring back to a boil then place on simmer for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice
Serve immediately as a side-dish
