I have been leading a gluten-free life for about 8 years now and I feel like I have tried every gluten-free product out there! Since Celiac disease has gotten more prevalent, more and more companies are recognizing the need for gluten-free products. It’s not just a fad for many people affected by this disease, and it’s serious, not something we like to do on a whim.
Gluten-free foods are not always good, in fact, I have tried many that are just downright horrible. They add all kinds of things in place of the gluten to make it taste better, and that usually backfires. That being said, I have compiled a list of some gluten-free products that I had never heard of before and had fun trying out and actually loved. I hope that you will look into checking out these products for yourself.
Absolutely Gluten-free offers many gluten-free options, including flatbread, crackers, Blondie and Brownie Crunch snacks, Raw Coconut Chews and their newest product tahini and energy bars.
Absolutely Gluten Free’s 100-calorieTahiniBars™ – The bars are gluten- and dairy-free, vegan, and made with natural sesame seeds, a.k.a. “super seeds.” These grab-and-go bars are available in Cocoa Nib, Pistachio, and Vanilla flavors.
Absolutely Gluten-free Flatbread. Available in three varieties (Original, Everything, and Toasted Onion). These flour-free light flatbreads can be used to make pizza, sandwiches, and lunch for kids, topped with just about anything from melted cheese to roasted veggies and sliced fruit. They are all soy, corn, and rice-free.
I really liked all three of these flavors, although the Original reminded me of burnt toast a little, but not in a bad way. My favorite was toasted onion, definitely yummy!

I liked both of these very much. The texture was very crumbly, so much so that they basically just melt in your mouth.

Truth be told, I am not a fan of Quinoa in its natural state, I just can’t get past the texture. I was hesitant to try these for that very reason but was pleasantly surprised. I loved all of them, and the texture was great! I tried them on a salad and it really felt like I was eating real croutons, mainly because you get that crunch that you miss without them.

I have tried all of the flavors they offer and they are all quite delicious. My oldest son, who is not gluten-free as I am, loves this brand. They are quite dense and are a hardy snack. They are sweet but not overwhelmingly so, and definitely hit that sweet tooth.
