Today, March 15th is National Napping Day, a holiday after my own heart. I used to love taking naps, but with a full house, a business and homeschooling two boys, I really don’t have the time anymore but if I could, I would seize every moment just to nap. You know why? Studies have shown that napping during the day can bolster not only your health but also your creativity. I once read you only need a 15 minute nap to recharge your brain, think I need to find that 15 min’s and take advantage.
The 15th is also a great day to have National Napping Day since Daylight savings was this past weekend and I don’t know about you, but I definitely feel that missing hour and would love to settle in for a nap on my comfy bed.
