Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus Spring Rolls

Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus Spring Rolls
Ingredients
  • 1 Bag of Frozen Shrimp defrosted and tails removed (could use fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Fresh Asparagus
  • Lettuce (I don’t suggest using iceburg)
  • Spring Roll Wraps
Instructions
  1. Steam asparagus and set aside to cool
  2. In a frying pan add olive oil and shrimp
  3. Stir fry for 4 minutes and add garlic
  4. Remove after 1 minute and set aside to cool
  5. Prepare lettuce by shredding or ripping into pieces, set aside
  6. In a deep lid or flat container, add very hot water from tap
  7. Place one Spring Roll wrap into water until pliable
  8. Use a cutting board and lay Spring Roll flat

  10. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce or plain
