It’s Morphin Time! Saban’s Power Rangers now on Digital HD, DVD and On Demand in June 2017
The epic adventure, Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, the unlikely group of teenage heroes are the only ones who can save the planet, but first, they have to band together in order to harness their super powers and become Power Rangers.
So, if you are like me and watched these with your nephews back in the day, then you already have an idea of what this movie will be like, well maybe better special effects than the TV show, but you get the idea. With all of that being said, it was ok. I felt like the characters were really flat and longed for the campiness of the original. They put forth a good effort, and I am sure hardcore fans will like it but I give it a solid D. I did enjoy the extras more than the movie itself. Bloopers are always fun to watch.
