Gluten-Free Italian Breaded Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tbs milk
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Pereg Almond Flour
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- salt and pepper (eyeballed this)
- 6-8 boneless pork chops
Directions
- Preheat cast iron pan, or a good non-stick pan. (add your choice of frying oil to pan)
- In a small bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat.
- Place in pan and fry on medium/low till the temp reaches 145 degrees
