Gluten-Free Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Pereg Almond Flour
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbs garlic powder
  • salt and pepper (eyeballed this)
  • 6-8 boneless pork chops
Directions
  • Preheat cast iron pan, or a good non-stick pan. (add your choice of frying oil to pan)
  • In a small bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
  • In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat.
  • Place in pan and fry on medium/low till the temp reaches 145 degrees
