I deal with stress with edibles.
I exercise a lot and take CBD daily which seems to help with my stress.

I like to go for a drive alone and listen to music.
How do I deal with stress? Hoo boy. Edibles, lying on the back stretcher, listening to a good audiobook (Brené Brown), taking a walk or dancing, unplugging from social media and doing puzzles to help decompress my mind. Also, watching art documentaries or just a fun show to escape ?
I deal with stress by taking a hot bath, binge watching Netflix or eating comfort food!
