Since becoming gluten- free for health issues, I don’t eat very many sandwiches since bread is on the no-no list so when I do make a sandwich, I want it to be the very best tasting sandwich ever!

I decided on the Hillshire Farm Naturals™Black Forest Ham to make my ultimate sandwich. I used my gluten-free bread, fresh spinach, brown mustard, smoked swiss cheese and since I was grilling the sandwich, I used a low-calorie butter alternative.
To make this grilled sandwich I assembled it by spreading on the mustard, adding the fresh spinach, and smoked Swiss then adding the Natural Black Forest Ham. I buttered each side of the sandwich and placed it in our air fryer instead of on a normal grill pan. We love our air fryer because it is quick and easy and grills a sandwich to perfection every time!
It took about 10 minutes to brown each side, after 5 I just flipped it to the other side.

Here’s the finished product and it was delicious! I really enjoyed the smokiness of the ham with the smoked swiss, they complemented one another perfectly. The ham tasted fresh like it was just cut from an actual smoked ham, and it wasn’t slimy, like some meats can be. This is now my favorite lumchmeat and my favorite sandwich.
